Property plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
